SaifLabs respects your privacy. This policy explains the data processed by Billiard Challenge, why it is used, and your choices.

Data we may process

• Account and sign-in data, such as phone number or email address and account identifier.
• Profile data you choose to provide, such as name, photo, country, and status.
• User-generated content, including photos, videos, challenges, results, tournaments, comments, and reports.
• Approximate or precise location when permitted, to show nearby halls and directions. Background location is not used without a clear need and system permission.
• Device and app information, installation identifiers, notification tokens, and crash, performance, and security logs.

How we use data

We use data to operate accounts, challenges, tournaments, rankings, halls, notifications, and user-selected content; improve stability and security; prevent abuse; and provide support. The app website does not request an email address to access beta download links.

Processing and sharing

We use service providers such as Google Firebase for authentication, databases, storage, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting, and Apple and Google for app distribution. We do not sell personal data. Profile data and content may be visible to other players as required by app features and your settings. We may disclose data when legally required or to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

We retain data as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We apply appropriate access controls and technical and organizational safeguards, although no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can deny location, photo, camera, and notification permissions in device settings and edit certain profile information in the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and related data, use the account deletion page. Certain records may be retained when required for legal or security reasons.

Children and changes

The app is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service or requirements change and will publish the updated date here.
