Account Deletion Request

This page applies to SaifLabs’ Billiard Challenge app.

Steps

1. Email karatedoapp@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.
2. Use “Billiard Challenge Account Deletion” as the subject and include the phone number or account ID used in the app.
3. We will request appropriate verification to protect the account, process the request, and confirm completion by email.

What is deleted?

We delete the authentication account, profile, photos, videos, notification tokens, social connections, and personal content that can be separated from service records.

What may be retained?

Limited result and tournament records may be retained for competition integrity, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, with direct account association removed where possible. Deletion is normally completed within 30 days. Encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days before automatic rotation.
